Play of Light & Dark

It’s always present. It runs through everything including our relationships. The darkness can be the grounds for identifying work or growth that is being called forth. It can be a sign that a boundary needs established. The darkness can also be an expression of erotic energy and fantasy. The wild, raw and untamed sexual expression of the animal nature.
When the darkness is recognized and cared for within a conscious manner, it gives way to the courtship of light. When we notice a dark pattern and choose to act differently, when we become aware of where our boundaries have become loose or violated and choose to strengthen them, when we allow our erotic ravishing nature to be expressed in a healthy way, the darkness gives way to the illumination of light. The darkness offers a pathway to even higher frequency of light energy.
The key is in how we navigate our darkness. When held with presence and desire to learn, darkness is just as ecstatic as light. The ultimate lovers. Always present in every moment. Dancing the dance of Duality.
