Let it all fall away

Let the shame,
The inhibition,
The self doubt,
The self limiting,
Let it fall away and leave your sacred temple.

Let it shed and peel and dissolve until the raw and renewed underbelly of truth is revealed to you.

Let it fall away.

The programming,
The trauma,
The heart ache,
The Fear,
Let it wash away in the tears of forgiveness.

May you reclaim the pieces of you that have been bound and gagged, through lifetimes of suppression.

May you experience freedom of body, mind and soul. The freedom you yearn and burn for.

May all that holds you together fall apart so you may start anew and claim yourself in full. Unapologetic, uninhibited by societal standards and full of pure soul fire.

May you feel Alive, expansive and connected to the magic.

And May all that confines your wild spirit,
